July 11 Final session agendas due from Session Directors for approval by Program Committee Co-Chairs Submit revised agendas to lkonop@acns.org including presentation titles, speakers and length of presentation
August 1 Speaker Invitation emails sent  
August 15 Speaker Acceptance and COI due Remind speakers to log-in to the ACNS Session Management website to complete their invitation and COI disclosure.
September 12 Replacement speaker invitation emails sent Provide replacement speakers to lkonop@acns.org.
September 23 Replacement speakers acceptance and COI due  
October 1 Preliminary Program Out  
December 1 Abstracts due from speakers reporting COI Click HERE to submit presentation abstract in session management site.
December 30 Presentation slides due from ALL speakers for CME committee review. Click HERE to submit most current version of presentation slides to session management site.
