June 22 Session Proposal Acceptances sent Check your email for confirmation of acceptance and session details (scheduling information, timeline and revisions if required)
July 11 Final session agendas due from Session Directors for approval by Program Committee Co-Chairs Submit revised agendas to lkonop@acns.org including presentation titles, speakers and length of presentation
July 18 Speaker Invitation emails sent  
July 29 Speaker Acceptance and COI due  
August 3 Reminder emails sent to non-responding speakers Contact speakers to log-in to the Session Management website to complete their invitation and COI disclosure.
August 8 Reminders sent to all speakers w/o COI  
September 1 Final reminder to speakers w/o COI; last chance to submit before removal from program Cc: Session Directors & Program Cmte Co-Chairs  
September 5-9 Notification of speakers w/o COI; Session Directors provide replacements Email lkonop@acns.org with replacement speakers
September 12 Replacement Speakers Invitation emails sent  
September 23 Replacement speakers acceptance and COI due  
October 3 Preliminary Program Out  
December 1 Abstracts due from speakers reporting COI Click HERE to submit presentation abstract in session management site.
December 30 Presentation slides due from ALL speakers for CME committee review. Click HERE to submit most current version of presentation slides to session management site.
January 4-18 Presentation slides review process open Check email re: any revisions requested for presentation slides. Contact speakers who need to make revisions.
