Note: Course Co-Directors should not yet personally invite speakers at this point. Upon approval of the course agenda by the Course and CME Committees, the ACNS Executive Office will send official speaker invitations.
April 21 Revised course agendas due, per feedback from Course & CME Committee, where applicable Email revised agenda to asenkbeil@acns.org
May 15 Speaker acceptance, COI disclosure due  
August 31 Presentation abstracts due from speakers reporting COI Click HERE  to upload abstract to session management site.
September 11 Presentation slides due from ALL speakers – for both CME Committee review when COI is reported, AND for inclusion in online course syllabus Click HERE  to upload slides to session management site.
September 18 Housing Request due Enter the Housing Request Information HERE

      • NEW! Speakers who do not submit their presentations at least 30 days before the meeting are no longer eligible to receive an honorarium. If speaker slides remain outstanding 15 days prior to the meeting, neither the speaker nor the director of that speaker’s course are to receive an honorarium.
