Call for "Featured Case" Submissions

Call for "Featured Case" Submissions: Your Case Could Appear in the ACNS Newsletter!

The ACNS Newsletter Committee invites ACNS members to submit cases to be featured in future issues of Clinical Neurophysiology News and on the "Featured Case" section of the ACNS website.

These featured cases are helpful teaching tools for residents and fellows, allowing trainees to work through a case scenario with actual clinical neurophysiology data. Residents and fellows are encouraged to submit a case related to NIOM, EMG/NCS, EEG, sleep or autonomic studies.

A very brief case history should be accompanied by a sample from a neurophysiologic study, and a clinical question. The answer to the case and a brief discussion should also be provided. Case history, studies and questions are featured in this newsletter, and answers and discussion are posted separately to the ACNS website. Please be sure to remove all patient identifying information from the sample and the case. Please be sure to only send cases that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

The best four cases, as selected by the Newsletter Committee, will be published in Clinical Neurophysiology News, the Society's quarterly newsletter!

If you would like to submit your case to be considered as a future “Featured Case,” please send your case to ACNS Executive Director Megan M. Hille, CMP, CAE at
