Registration Rates:

The ACNS Annual Meeting & Courses will be held February 19 - 22, 2026, in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The Program and Course Committees have integrated the Annual Meeting & Courses agenda, allowing delegates to access any of the sessions for a single, simplified registration rate. ACNS has thoughtfully planned the agenda with each specialty in mind. See the Preliminary Program for more details.

The Annual Meeting & Courses is a live, in-person event. Virtual attendance options are not available.

Registration Includes:

Access to over 40 scientific program sessions, workshops, and courses featuring intermediate and the latest advances in clinical neurophysiology;
A variety of opportunities to connect with leading experts in the field, such as panel discussions, Special Interest Group (SIG) Meet-Ups, and networking events;
Access to the Exhibit & Poster Hall, including the Welcome Reception on Thursday, February 19; and
Breakfast and coffee breaks are available Thursday through Sunday, and lunch is served Thursday through Saturday.

Exhibitors:

Exhibitor registration instructions are included in the Exhibit & Support Prospectus. To access the complimentary Annual Meeting registrations accompanying the purchase of a booth, please follow the instructions in your exhibit confirmation email.

Substitutions:

Name substitutions must be made to ACNS in writing prior to February 5, 2026. Any name substitutions made onsite will result in a $50 processing fee. If the original registrant shows up at the meeting, he/she will be responsible for a new onsite registration fee.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ACNS by February 9, 2026. A 15% processing fee will be charged for all refunds. Delegates will receive confirmation and a refund within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice. Refund requests received after February 9, 2026, will not be granted.
