Registration Procedure

Online registration for the Fall Courses is encouraged. However, delegates may also register by printing and returning a PDF registration form (available July 17). PDF forms may be returned by email to info@acns.org or by mail to the ACNS Executive Office, 555 E. Wells Street, Suite 1100, Milwaukee, WI 53202. Registration fees must be paid at the time of advanced registration, either by check, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

The advance registration deadline is September 27, 2018. After this date, registrations will only be accepted onsite. No exceptions will be made.

What’s included in the Delegate Registration Fee?

Registration for the Fall Courses includes admission to the chosen courses, access to course handouts online, and access to the Exhibit Hall on Saturday, October 20. ACNS also provides to registered delegates continental breakfasts and coffee breaks both days, lunch in the Exhibit Hall on Saturday, October 20, and the Welcome Reception on Saturday evening, which will include hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar.


Name substitutions must be made to ACNS in writing on or before October 3, 2018. Any name substitutions made onsite will result in a $20 processing fee. If the original registrant arrives at the meeting, he/she will be responsible for a new onsite registration fee.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ACNS prior to October 3, 2018. A $20 processing fee will be charged for all refunds. Refunds will not be granted for requests postmarked or received after October 1, 2018.
