Registration Procedure

Online registration for the Fall Courses is encouraged. However, delegates may also register by printing and returning a PDF registration form (available June 1). PDF forms may be returned by email to or by mail to the ACNS Executive Office, 555 E. Wells Street, Suite 1100, Milwaukee, WI 53202. Registration fees must be paid at the time of advanced registration, either by check, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

  • Significantly lower registration rates than those charged onsite;
  • Guaranteed faster materials pick-up upon arrival in San Diego;
  • Onsite access to online evaluations and CME certificates.

What's Included in the Delegate Registration Fee?

Registration for the Fall Courses includes admission to the chosen courses, access to course handouts online, as well as access to the Exhibit Hall. ACNS also provides to registered delegates continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches in the Exhibit Hall, and a Welcome Reception on Saturday evening, which will include hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar.


Name substitutions must be made to ACNS in writing on or before September 24, 2020. Any name substitutions made onsite will result in a $20 processing fee. If the original registrant arrives at the meeting he/she will be responsible for a new onsite registration fee.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ACNS prior to September 30, 2020. A $20 processing fee will be charged for all refunds. Refunds will not be granted for requests postmarked or received after September 30, 2020.
