Fiscal Year 2024 Season Kicks Off
On Thursday, March 9th President Biden released his “skinny” budget request for fiscal year (FY) 2024. Also released in conjunction with the announcement was the HHS Budget in Brief, which showcases various proposed top-line funding levels for federal health and science research agencies.

ACNS Submits Prior Authorization Comments
ACNS submitted comments on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Advancing Interoperability and Improving Prior Authorization Processes for Medicare Advantage Organizations proposed rule (CMS-0057-P).
