December 10 Draft course agendas (including speaker names, presentation titles and scheduling) due to Course and CME Committee Chairs for review, approval Email draft agenda to efreimark@acns.org.

You do not have to send invitations to speakers. ACNS staff will do so, upon approval of your agenda by Course & CME Committees.
December 15 Speaker invitations sent  
December 20 Speaker acceptance and COI disclosure due  
January 7 Presentation Outlines due from Course Speakers Reporting COI Click HERE to submit presentation abstract in session management site.
January 18 Speakers to upload recorded presentation to speaker management site
 
Click HERE to submit most current version of presentation slides to session management site.
January 21 Handouts Due from ALL Course Speakers
*Slides not turned in by the January 21 deadline may not be available for Course attendees on the Course Handout site and speakers will no longer be eligible for the compensation package.
