While ACNS itself does not conduct research, the Society aims to enhance collaboration between ACNS, related organizations, and industry to advance clinical neurophysiology excellence and biomedical discovery.
JCN is the official journal of the ACNS, featuring both topical reviews and original research in both central and peripheral neurophysiology, as related to patient evaluation and treatment.
JCN Mission Statement: To serve patients and society by publishing and disseminating the highest quality clinical neurophysiology research and reviews to the medical community.
JCN Vision Statement: To optimize neurologic health through dissemination of contemporary clinical neurophysiology
ACNS members receive a complimentary, unlimited online subscription to JCN and may choose receive seven (7) print issues per year for an additional fee. Emeritus members do not automatically receive a subscription, but may choose to purchase either an online or online/print subscription at deeply discounted rates.
The Society recognizes the importance of supporting independent research consortia that bring groups of clinical investigators together around particular topics of interest, and their contributions to the field of clinical neurophysiology.
