Registration Now Open

Meeting Format 

PCNP will take place Friday, September 26 – Sunday, September 28, 2025, from 12:00 – 3:30pm ET daily. Sessions will be recorded and available on-demand October 6 - 20, 2025.

PCNP Replay, a second on-demand iteration of the flagship courses in ICU EEG, NIOM, and Stereo EEG, will be offered January 26 – February 9, 2026, as a refresher ahead of the ACNS 2026 Annual Meeting & Courses. All-Access attendees to the original PCNP Courses in September may choose to add-on access to Replay for an additional fee (see below).

Registration

Registration options include a day pass or an all-access pass, which includes attendance to all courses. Registration options also include access to on-demand viewing October 6-20, 2025.

Online registration will open in July and be available through October 17, 2025. However, registering at least two hours prior to the live course start time is recommended to ensure access to the virtual platform.

Registration Cancellations & Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ACNS by September 26, 2025. A 15% processing fee will be charged for all refunds. Delegates will receive confirmation and refund within 14 days of receipt of cancellation notice. Refund requests received after September 26, 2025, will not be granted.
