Registration Rates

Registration for the ACNS Annual Meeting & Courses has never been easier!

The ACNS Program and Course Committees have integrated the Annual Meeting and Courses agenda allowing delegates to access any of the sessions for a single, simplified registration rate. ACNS has thoughtfully planned the agenda with each specialty in mind. See the Preliminary Program for more details.

*RRC = Reduced Rate Country. Individuals from World Bank "high-income" and "upper middle income" economies (excluding the United States and Canada) qualify for reduced rates.

ABPN diplomates are able to register for the 2023 Annual Meeting and Courses at our member rate. If you are an ABPN diplomat, you will be asked to enter your specialties, subspecialties (if applicable), and certificate number(s) during the registration process.

Registration Includes:

  • Access to over 60 scientific program sessions and courses, featuring both the basics and latest advances in clinical neurophysiology;
  • Access to the virtual platform to view on-demand courses and select scientific program sessions from April 10 - April 25, 2023 (see below for details on extended on-demand access);
  • New networking opportunities built into the program including, Speed Networking and Continue the Conversation Roundtables, allowing access to leading experts in the field; and
  • Access to the Exhibit and Poster Hall

Additional Registration Options

Extended On-Demand Access through May 25, 2023

Extend your access to more than 40 on-demand courses and scientific program sessions through May 25, 2023 for only $200.

The Neurology of Wine Tasting

Join ACNS President Dr. Jaime R. Lopez and a guest sommelier for an interactive and educational wine tasting experience on Sunday, March 26.  Included in this event is five hand-selected wine samples, appetizers and a deeper understanding of the wine tasting.

Tickets are limited and may be purchased for $50 for physicians and $25 per trainee.

Virtual Registration Option

Those unable to travel to Austin may choose the virtual option during registration. The same registration rates apply.

Exhibitors

Exhibitor registration instructions are included in the Exhibit & Support Prospectus. To access the complimentary Annual Meeting registrations that accompany the purchase of a booth, please follow the instructions provided in your exhibit confirmation email.

Substitutions

Name substitutions must be made to ACNS in writing prior to February 23. Any name substitutions made onsite will result in a $50 processing fee. If the original registrant shows up at the meeting, he/she will be responsible for a new onsite registration fee.

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be received in writing. Delegates may fax a cancellation to (414) 276-3349 or email it to info@acns.org. Delegates will receive a confirmation and refund within 14 days of receipt of a cancellation notice. ACNS will grant a refund for cancellations received in writing on or before February 24, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after February 24, 2022.
