October 1	Annual Meeting & Courses Preliminary Program available	Click HERE to access the preliminary program.
January 7	Presentation Outline due from all Course Speakers Reporting COI	Click HERE to upload abstract to ACNS Session Management website.
January 8, 2021	Advanced Registration deadline Annual Course speakers will receive complimentary registration to any Annual Course (this does not apply to Annual Meeting Sessions which are held Friday-Sunday), which includes the option to claim CME credit, for the course in which they are presenting. Annual Course Speakers must register for any additional Annual Courses and pay for the Annual Meeting registration if they choose to attend. Annual Meeting Speakers must log in to registration site to complete their registration. The registration site will recognize them by their email address and will allow speakers to complete their registration. Annual Meeting Speakers who would like to attend any of the Annual Courses scheduled on Wednesday, February 10 - the morning of Friday, February 12, there will be additional registration fees associated.	Don’t forget to register for any additional courses or Annual Meeting registration.
January 8, 2021	Advanced Housing deadline Annual Course and Meeting Speakers are responsible for making their own reservations in the ACNS group block at the conference hotel The Roosevelt New Orleans. Please CLICK HERE* to book your reservation. Reservations made outside of the group block at the host hotel, through a third party vendor or at a separate hotel will not be eligible for the speaker compensation.	Booking Link Coming Soon!
January 14, 2021	Presentation Slides due from all speakers reporting COI. Speakers who have disclosed potential COI;	Click HERE to upload presentation slides (PPT file) to the ACNS Session Management website.
January 21, 2021	Handouts Due from ALL Course Speakers Slides not turned in by the January 14 deadline may not be available for Course attendees on the Course Handout site and speakers will no longer be eligible for the compensation package.	Click HERE to upload handouts to the ACNS Session Management website.
February 1, 2021	*Annual Courses speakers only* Course Handout site goes live to Annual Courses attendees only.
February 5, 2021	Annual Meeting Slides due - slides not turned in by February 5 will not be available onsite in the session room and will need to be turned in to the Speaker Ready Room onsite 24 hours prior to the start of the presentation.
