2025 Annual Meeting & Courses: Call for Scientific Program & Course Proposals

The ACNS Program and Course Committee are now accepting scientific program session and course proposals for the 2025 Annual Meeting & Courses, to be held February 26 - March 2, 2025, in Baltimore, Maryland, USA.

Proposals for the Scientific Symposia, Clinical Symposia, and Clinical Workshops will be accepted now through Wednesday, May 15, 2024.

New this year – The Course Committee will also accept proposals for Specialized Courses. In addition to ACNS's flagship courses (NIOM, Stereo EEG, and ICU EEG), as well as foundational core content in areas of clinical neurophysiology, the Course Committee is seeking proposals for other areas of focus, including less frequently used or novel techniques to deliver intermediate to advanced level content.

Before submitting a session proposal, submitters are expected to:

  • Review the Call for Scientific Program & Course Proposals in full, including all timelines and policies;
  • Confirm that all proposed speakers in your proposed session are willing to speak and available to attend the meeting in-person in Baltimore;
  • Confirm that all proposed session participants agree to the ACNS speaker compensation policy outlined in the complete Call for Scientific Program & Course Proposals;
  • Confirm that all proposed session directors, moderators, speakers, panelists, etc. are eligible to participate, per ACCME guidelines and are not owners or employees of ACCME-defined ineligible companies; and
  • Confirm that all proposed speakers are willing to provide the required materials, including a financial relationship disclosure and presentation slides, according to the timeline in the Call for Scientific Program & Course Proposals.

This activity will be planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the sponsorship of the ACNS. ACNS is accredited by ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
